The reward can be as large or as small as you want it to be, ranging from a piece of your favorite chocolate to a new pair of shoes. Whatever you choose as your reward, you want to be able to look forward to it with pleasure, and it must be available to you when you have earned it. Motivation is key to reaching your ultimate goal.

There's no rulebook that says you can't have fun while working out. If you have the right attitude, you can have fun while you are getting in shape. Change your views towards getting fit by keeping a positive attitude.
