Sweat is also produced through vigorous, healthy exercise. Sweating is a great way to keep your body temperature regulated and to get the toxins out of your body. Plus, it's great for moisturizing your skin!

Do you know your skin type? There are three types of skin: oily, dry, combination. It's usually easy to determine which skin type you have. If you don't know how to tell, there are professionals who can help you figure it out. The women you love will most likely assist you in understanding the type of skin that you have.
